Brazil prepares for the largest musical celebration in its history

On June 21st, the streets, squares and windows of Brazil will be filled with sounds of every genre and instrument.

Make Music Day — coordinated in Brazil by ANAFIMA and part of the global movement organized by the Make Music Alliance — invites musicians of every level to share their art with the public. Unlike traditional festivals, it is not a centralized event; it is an organic network of free, open celebrations.

About Make Music Day | Make Music

Launched in France in 1982 as Fête de la Musique, celebrated in more than 2,000 cities around the world. A free celebration of music on the summer solstice.
